2. Purpose of data processing

The data provided by filling out the form in the “Contact” section will be processed for purposes related or instrumental to the Company’s activity, and in particular to evaluate your requests or suggestions and to respond to your warning or request of information. When filling out the form, you will be required to provide the personal data (name and e-mail address) thtat will be used to identify the user in order to send a reply to the e-mail address provided.

3. Consent

The processing of your data is necessary to manage your warning or request of information and therefore does not require your consent (pursuant to Article 6, letter b of the GDPR).

4. Processing methods

Your data will be processed mainly by electronic means to manage your request and to be able to contact you again. The data will be processed in compliance with current legislation and, in any case, in order to guarantee their security and confidentiality and to prevent their disclosure or unauthorized use, alteration or destruction.

5. Data recipients

The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disseminated, meaning they will not be disclosed to indeterminate subjects, in any possible form, including that of their availability or simple consultation. Instead, they may come to the knowledge, to manage your warning and / or request, to the persons in charge of the processing who work within the Company, with regard to their roles and job duties performed and within the limits of their competences and in accordance with the instructions given provided by the Data Controller.

6. Data transfer

The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to third countries or international organizations.

7. Data retention

The Data Controller will store and process your personal data for the time necessary to duly manage your warning and / or request. In particular, the data will be stored for one year from receipt of your request of information and will be deleted thereafter.

8. Rights of the interested party

You can at any time exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, including: (i) obtain confirmation that a personal data processing is in progress for you; (ii) obtain access to your personal data and to the information indicated in art. 15 of the GDPR; (iii) obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without unjustified delay or the integration of incomplete personal data; (iv) obtain the cancellation of personal data concerning you without undue delay; (v) obtain the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning you; (vi) be informed of any corrections or cancellations or limitations of the processing carried out in relation to the personal data concerning you; (vii) receive personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and readable form by automatic device; (viii) oppose at any time, for reasons connected to your particular situation, the processing of personal data concerning you.

In case of exercise of one of the rights provided for by the GDPR, the Data Controller reserves the right to verify your identity by requesting you to send a copy of an I.D. document attesting the legitimacy of the request. Once you have confirmed your identity, the copy will be immediately destroyed.

9. Complaint statement

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint before the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, following the procedures and instructions published on the Garante’s official website on, or to the Data Protection Authority of the country of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement..

10.Refusal to provide data

The data you will provide by filling out the form made available in the “Contact” section of the Website (name and surname, subject and e-mail address) are necessary for the management of your warning or to be able to respond to your request. Should you refuse to provide the data, it will not be possible to submit your request.
